More Than Just A Cloud: What to Love about Acer Chromebook

As we transcend and emerge ourselves on what the cloud computing technology has to offer, it is somehow beneficial for us to explore on different tools and devices that can one-hundred-percent work on the cloud. Since I grew up and learned in a windows-based platform, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) changed my perspective with the “anywhere,everywhere” data access. I use Google Apps, now GSuite for almost half-a-decade now with seamless reach on whatever file or data I would want to access using my Google Drive, because life is complicated, do make sure your tools will be perfectly simple.

I decided to purchase Acer Chromebook 11 last November 2016 through Bluekore (shoutout to Mary and Fab!) and swear, I instantly fell in love with it. Three words. Lightweight. Uncomplicated. Fast. It gets the job done.

So, before discussing further, what is a Chromebook?

A Chromebook is a laptop running the Linux-based Chrome OS as its operating system. The devices were originally designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and data residing in the cloud. No setup needed, just log in with your Google account. No long load times, just flip it open and get busy doing anything other than waiting.
